DVD Recorders

There isn't any point in explaining why, but, I need a DVD recorder, badly. Can anyone help me?

I'm just looking for the right model too choose, as I've heard alot of DVD Recroders all have their own faults.
Basically I'm looking for a recorder with following specs, if possible:

Records Onto:
DVD-R/RW (Others too, but as long as it records onto (-) DVD discs, thats perfect)
Plays:
DVD Discs, DVD-R, DVD-RW, DVD+R, DVD+RW. Also, Video CD/SVCD (if possible)
Sockets:
Scart socket, Audio and Video Out, also anything else aswell..

Maybe someone can recommend me a DVD recorder with all/most of the above specs??
Any recommendations are appreciated, also, anything else I should look for in a DVD Recorder?

I just wanna make sure I get a decent recorder and not a faulty one or something.

Just buy the cheapest, if it's faulty take it back.

Yeah, I was gonna just buy the cheapest from eBay.. soo I cant really just take it back.

Oh, thats a DVD rewriter for PCs, I'm just looking for a standard DVD recorder for my TV like and I think I've found one on that comet thing

The SAMSUNG DVDR122.

I only really need it for recording onto DVD-R/RW discs, also it sounds kinda awesome for the price. And I still have this other DVD player.. which is just pure awesome
