Legal Consent Form
Document
If you ever plan to sell any of your videos, and they involve people other than those working with your group, your going to need to get their permission to use anything they create or their face. This form was created for Antique Films to use, so where ever it says Antique Films, replace it with your groups name.

Antique isnt really planning much for a DVD as of now. But its still good to use this even if your just putting clips online. It can be held against you if someone you filmed says something.
Same with music, its copyright fraud even if you dont make money off of it. I am going to start to blur faces of anyone we fuck with and we dont get a consent from.

There is no real one. As long as it states everything needed to keep you safe from being sued for anything. I know that MTV uses this same consent form.
Id like to get the one that CKY uses. You can see it real short in cky3 when they do the poop dollar. Not enough to copy any of it though. Someone find it!

Is it Ok to do that? Because most of the public stuff we do/plan to do really pisses them off and no way can we get them to sign...so if just blurring is perfectly legal then that's some good news for us.

i'm sure blurring the faces is fine....because even if they try to sue they can't really prove that it's them as you can't see their face, only the clothes they are wearing...which isn't enough evidence...

You don't have to blur faces if its on public property. Thats what Elliot from pickledeggs said and he's looked into this stuff.

I would, just for safety.. or do liek they did in "this is skateboarding" when they were up in the tree. They only blurred out the guy's eyes

Isn't that just when there not involved though? Like if your filming and there's people walking by or whatever.... surely you *must* blur there face if they are directly invovled in what your filming.

Most people would want their faces blurred. Especially if someone plays an embarassing prank on them....

yeah trure chris.. but after effects never works right when i get it from kazaa. and i know its the right version for win98 (#5)

I dont know. I know 6.0 works but 6.5 i THINK works. Cause my friend had 98 for a while and used premiere 6.5. Get it off kazaa and give it a try.
