Ok so Louzy got his camera today and we need to get a fisheye. I have no idea how to find out what size/type of fisheye lens to get.

Its a Sony HC1000 (US) / HDR-HC1E (UK)

Can anyone find out what kind of lens we'd need?

Much appreciated.

Nice cam! I was looking into getting myself an hc1000 awhile back as well. Heard they got discontinued though.

I got my raxnox screw on .3x for around $150 cdn with shipping and all that, I dont knwo what that means in pounds, but its fuckin sweet. also my .45x wide angle is fuckin awesome too when you dont want so much distortion but my thread size is 58 mm also so things could be different price wise

Thanks for the advice Wilbur.

We went with a cheap "RAYQC303 - 0.3X CLIP-ON SEMI-FISHEYE" for the time being. Dan only has like £20 to spend haha.

We'll probably get a better model at a later date :)
