Is there something that you can hook you're pc monitor to that way it goes onto you're tv? I'm a lazy bastard and I wanna lay in my bed and do stuff on the big screen instead of sittin on a comp chair. Is there something cheap thats around $50 or something so I don't gotta buy a projecter for $1,000?
If so, what's it called?

I'd imagine there would be something converting the monitor plug into a scart plug. I know how to get tv onto pc but not the other way round unfortunately.

Yeah, there is a cable that plugs into the back of your comp and goes into the AV slots on your tv. One of my former teachers has one.

Depending on what kind of TV you have, and im assuming its just a regular TV, they don’t have the resolution of computer screens and the computer image on your TV screen will look like shit unless you have one of the new LCD TV's.

dgodlewski is right, but TVs are great for previewing video on.

It would totally pwn to have my PC in my bed
So a solution to this problem would be nice, plus I have an LCD tv in my room, so the resolution problem wouldnt affect me

Yeah, you need a new video card pretty much, you can hook it up to have you TV be your monitor that way... Mike, (The Arkhitekt) has an ATI videocard system I think, it has like a remote control and all this sweet shit, and I know that's how he can hook his shit up to TV. My ex gf's dad also had it that way. You just need to search for it I guess.

yeah good thing I just bought a new video card. I just went out and bought the video cable I needed to hook it to my videocard to my tv. As someone said before, It's pretty good but not as clear as I thoguht. The videos are niice as hell but for the text, it's hard to see from far away. That sucks cause I wanted to lay in bed and go on it.

If you dont need to read text on screen, or would like to have it at an utterly small resolution go ahead and put it on your low def tv (500pi)
or if you are a rich mofo and have a hi def tv, then it would function similiar to a computer monitor, and you can read text n shit.
