I cant seem to ollie a trash can on its side and it pisses me off cause other than that im pretty good.

Try putting your front foot a bit closer to the middle of the board, thats what I do when I just ollie over stuff and I've popped over 6 stacked decks.

try to practice your jumping without a skate
and then when you can jump very high from the ground without a skate
just then get on and try to improve your ollie

I hope that helped you

uhh.. no, dont put your foot close to the nose if you wanna go high. For high ollies I put it more to the middle so I can suck my board up higher. Im not saying my ollie is uber high but I can do trash cans yes

play lots of Tony Hawks Pro Skater...it will make you 1337

haha nah just like they said put your front foot back a lil bit, get a good snap off the tail, when you slide your front foot forward suck your knee up twords your chest and bring that back foot up high as you can with the board. just keep the board level, because no matter how high your ollie is, if you can keep em level and do em clean, they will look better than a Huge mobbed out ollie

That's pretty hard mate, if you can't ollie over a dustbin I don't know weather you'd be able too... I guess try on smaller quarters first and keep your weight backwards like you would coming back from a blunt.

Learn to do little nollie bumps off cracks in the pavement that stick up a bit, then do that out of the QP. I can't really be bothered with details, but that works for me.
