Msn problems

k my gf is having truble downloading msn 7.. she keeps getting this no matter where she downloads it from.. anyone no how she can get it?

soz I unno how to make the pic bigger.. but it says its unathorized to veiw page etc..

could be her firewall blocking the url... Or maybe her ISP fucking up. tell her to restart her modem.

if thats not it it could be her security settings. tell her to use firefox
