Good MOV Converter

I think I've asked this before but I still want to know.

I want to convert high quality AVI files to MOV type. I want to be able to chose the size I want and the bitrate. I've tried things and programs.. tried it with Adobe Premiere 6.5 and all I got were ugly MOV's with gay sound. Filesizes were like 10mb for 2 secs which is way too big.

So somebody help me pleaseee.
I just want to help the MACcies out

Seems to me that all mov files are shit quality.

www.imtoo.com You can get a decent video converter there, the free version will only convert 5 minutes of your video though.

If it saves it to high...Why dont you save it in as 10mb...Then save it again as a mov..?
