Adobe Photoshop I guess. The best graphics software there is.

yeah I think he does, most of his banners are full of:
- outer glow
- strokes
which are functions easy to use with photoshop, maybe he animates his shit with Animation shop pro thats comes with Paint Shop Pro or the animation prog from Adobe.

No mikey uses this fucking cool one called microsoft photo editior v2 or sumthing like that cnt find it anywhere.
