I admit it, I need help

Hey, theres no doubt about it, my site (www.ryan13.tk) sucks. Anyways Im sub par with website knowledge so I need help. Anyone able to either design, make a template, anything it would be appreciated.

And second Im looking to invest in a .com site. Any suggestions on good hosts so on?

I just dont have the time to work on it. Its been a bad luck start to the new year hence why I havent been around much. The reason there have been no videos or updates is because I have bills to pay and after being at work for around 45 hours a week, you get pretty drained. Also this weekend I start a second job as a tattoo apprentice, so theres about 60 hours a week that I must work. Also my family received some pretty shocking news regarding my fathers heart. So life has been hectic.

As for the .com I'd reccomend hostgator.com for hosting and godaddy.com for domains.
