a size problem

I made myself a new sig with photoshop and when I try to host the sig with imageshack,
they said that the pict size is too big..... so I try with imagizers and it just dont work so....
do u know a website or software where I can upload, host and resize pict ?

I really need this help and as quickly as possible....
