1 CURTAINS UP / EVIL DEEDS
Nothing to say about this.
2 NEVER ENOUGH
Nice song, pretty good beat and rhymes.
3 YELLOW BRICK ROAD
Don't like it.
4 LIKE TOY SOLDIERS
Nice beginning, don't really like the rest.
5 MOSH
Very good song, soft beat but very good lyrics. Love this one.
6 PUKE
I like the beat. Nice one.
7 CHRISTOPHER REEVE
Yeah Rip Superman.
8 MY 1ST SINGLE
Nice beat. Gets kinda boring after a while tho.
9 PAUL
Funny shit if you listen track 12 as well.
10 RAIN MAN
Nice beat again, track is alright, little too slow.
11 BIG WEENIE
Dig the lyrics, again a little too slow imo. Common em, what is this?!
12 EM CALLS PAUL (SKIT)
Yeah yeah.
13 JUST LOSE IT
Kinda too pop-ish in my eyes. But it has something special so good song.
14 ASS LIKE THAT
I dunno but it has a big annoying factor.
15 SPEND SOME TIME
This is a song with Obie Trice. Nice effect
16 MOCKINGBIRD
The lyrics are touching, nice song. Again I hate Eminem "signing" tho.
17 CRAZY IN LOVE
Again a soft song, I don't really like to hear em singing, but I want him to rap fast like on his old CDs. The parts with the girl singing makes it a cool song tho.
18 ONE SHOT 2 SHOT
This one is with D12, a song like all D12 songs. Don't really like this one tho.
19 FINAL THOUGHT (SKIT)
20 ENCORE / CURTAINS DOWN
This is a good song, nice suprise for the end of the CD.

Well, I've bought every Eminem CD and loved them all but this is the first time I wasn't quite satisfied with what I bought :( I always like the way eminem used to rap, the aggressive tone he used too rap with, quickly and good. It looks like Eminem has decided to get more serious in his lyrics (more serious problems, political crap instead of making fun out of his life). But now his beats and way of making songs is more pop-ish which I dislike :( The CD still has some good tracks and it's still a CD every eminem fan should have but "I" (so maybe you love it) disliked it.

Enjoy listening.

I am gona buy it soon..... But I downloaded it to check it out. I dont like it right now but that may change within time.

He seems to be doing the same as every other rapper now.... and This is what I dislike it rap and whit I used to like in Eminem. he needs to start taking the piss out of people like he used too.... and stop all he "I am older now" music... he is starting to sound like a rap version of Briteny.

if you listen to this CD then his first and 2nd... theres nothing alike that I can find.

the only reason I am going to buy it is because I own the rest and I like the whole "WAR" thing he is doing with JaRule.

EDITED: you have a different version to the one I downloaded..... External image not preserved — inspect source: http://homegrownforums.com/html/emoticons/Copy of shok.gif

I think it's pretty crap to be honest. Although I think Mosh is a decentish song.

Mosh PWNS, this sounds like a decent Eminem album on the whole.

QUOTE (kuffi @ Nov 19 2004, 06:16 AM) Eminem - Encore, Good or bad?

Bad is an understatement.

I think the words "utter shit" fit here nicely.

Eminem only appeals to angsty, hormone enraged teenagers and....

Shit, I just remembered where I'm posting this.

Hahah, nice one.

I think that the 8 mile album was pretty good, I did go through a stage of getting sick to death of him for 6 months or so. If you listen to "mosh", you'll understand the talent in him, it gave a lot of people respect for him..

Too many baby words (ie. poopy, poo, poo poo, doingy doing, pee pee)

And then the rest of the CD makes fun of Michael Jackson.

He's talented with lyrics and has managed to stay in the game but like what The Blargh said, he used to appeal to me when I was 10 but now he lame, though admitedly I find myself singing his new songs after hearing them.
The Slim shady lp rocked but all the albums after that have gone down though they still arent bad.
