Can someone tell me how to capture a frame from video in Adobe Premiere? You know, make a frame into a picture. Can some help me please?

Use Windows Media Maker, easy as pie.

Find the frame you want in the timeline, File>Export>Frame.
It'll make a rather big .bmp file. Just take it into Photoshop and save it as a compressed .jpeg
